Duties
- Provide services in client’s homes, office or community setting.
- Assess client’s strengths and needs and develop appropriate service plans.
- Maintain client files and ensure they are up to date.
- Establish and maintain appropriate, current community networks and interactions, in cooperation with program supervisors and staff.
- Staff in this position will work on some weekends in “on call” status.
Two years’ experience.
Case Manager or Social Worker Bachelors- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.
Case Manager or Social Worker Masters - Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol

Salary : $37,700 - $47,800
