The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing all medical activities within the organization. They will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the highest standards of medical care and patient satisfaction. The Medical Director will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement policies and procedures, supervise medical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current and unrestricted medical license.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, etc.).
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the medical team.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Oversee the quality of medical care provided by monitoring and reviewing patient outcomes and satisfaction.

- Participate in committees and meetings to provide medical expertise and guidance.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
