If you have a passion for making a positive change in your community, Lutheran Services in Iowa is looking for you! Our Clinical Services team is looking for a compassionate, dedicated full-time Program Supervisor to make an impact in the lives of others in the Davenport/Muscatine/Clinton area.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and and developing a highly qualified and professional team of outpatient therapists.
- Supervise community based therapists that provide direct therapy service to assigned clients.
- Responsible for reviewing case notes, monitoring compliance reviews, and other case management supervision.
- Maintain effective relationships with community partners and referral sources.
- Maintain a working caseload providing direct therapy services, including but not limited to developing treatment plans which fully address mental health needs identified through assessment and diagnosis that result in an improvement in functioning for the client.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
- Must possess a temporary or full license to provide mental health services.
- Minimum of two years full-time related experience.
- Proven record of supervisory experience preferred.
