We have a new opportunity for a full-time Outreach Sales Manager!
A rewarding opportunity awaits the right candidate who will find satisfaction in building a referral network and developing/maintaining relationships to ensure attainment of business goals in growing referral base.
- In conjunction with the Executive Director, assists in the development of annual marketing plan and all appropriate marketing materials, including newsletters, press releases and advertising.

Promotes the marketing plan for the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program and achieves census goals and targets.

Acts as a liaison between LSLJC and community referral sources while maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with individuals internally and externally.

Actively participate in community organizations to promote the presence of LSLJC and to assist in the development of a viable, active referral base.

Develops, manages and maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings, cold calling, direct mail, email and networking. Prospects new leads based on research.

Creates strong relationships with referral sources in order to effectively educate others regarding services offered by PACE program and its affiliates using technical selling skills and product knowledge.

Identifies the customer/referral need, matches the need to the value of PACE services offered and then asks for the referral and/or sale based on strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with the customer.

Coordinate special events and open houses for professionals to enhance awareness of LSLJC in the marketplace. Actively participates in all special events on and off LSLJC campuses.

Present and discuss LSLJC to external referral sources and potential residents, its unique characteristics and its service philosophy of quality, integrity and delivery of customer needs.

Coordinates enrollment process intake coordinators and IDT.

Conducts center and community-based presentations and/or seminars promoting the image of LSLJC as a leader in healthcare.

Understanding and meeting the needs of the elderly population, resolves customer concerns by taking prompt steps working at a resolution of a problem until the customer is satisfied.

Serves as a resident/client advocate
Required Experience:
Education/Training/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in human services, business, marketing or a related field from an accredited college/university and minimum of three years of proven successful sales and marketing.
Skill(s):

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proper phone etiquette.

Able to think and exercise independent judgment when responding to customer requests in a timely manner.

A self-starter, able to exercise discretion and independent judgment. An enthusiastic person with sincere compassion for the senior population.

Computer experience, including but not limited to; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) EHR and CRM a plus. Dependable and have flexibility with work hours. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills in promoting and marketing.
