Provides the fullcasework servicesto assurethesafetyandwell-beingofchildren byassisting families tomeetminimum parenting standards. Service provision is in compliance with state mandates, COA standards, agency policies, andprogram plans.

- Coordinateandcollaborate withother serviceproviders, schools,andhealthcarefacilitiesto promote the child(ren)'s well-being.
- Assessfamily service needs.
- Providelinkagetocommunity resources toremediateproblemsandpreventabuseorneglect and verify participation.
- Ensurechild safetyandwell-being duringservice delivery.
- Providestrength-basedcasemanagement to facilitatethe resolutionofminortomoderate challenges contributing to risk to children.
- Advocacy with medicalorgovernmental institutions.

- Bachelor ' sdegreeinsocialworkordegreeinrelatedhumanservicesfield required.
- Previouschildwelfareexperiencestrongly desired.
- Statelicensing/certificationasrequiredby thestateof IllinoisDepartment of Childrenand Family Services.
- Backgroundcheckc l earance , bothcriminaland CANTS .
- Basicunderstanding ofWord,Excel , SharePoint, etc.andwillingnesstolearnother systems used by LSSI.
- Demonstrated abilitytocommunicate inaclear, comprehensiblemanner,bothverbally andin writing.
- Validdriver ' slicense , ingoodstandingforthestateofresidency required.
- Accessto reliable transportation.
- Proofofva l idILstatutoryminimumliabilityinsurancecoverage required.
