What you need:
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or acceptable exemption form
- Proof of Flu Vaccine for this season (2021-2022) or acceptable exemption form
· Associate’s degree in a related field of study for this position.
· Five (5) years experience providing administrative support.
· Four (4) years demonstrating proficiency/knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
· Four (4) years demonstrating the ability to schedule and organize office operations.
· Maintain active PA Notary Public
· Demonstrated ability to maintain a therapeutic attitude toward and effective relationship with the physically ill or infirm residents
What you do:
- Proactively maintains President's schedule and revises accordingly to ensure effective time utilization. Types/files correspondence, memorandums, minutes, and letters. Composes and prepares replies to selected inquiries on the President's behalf. Screens President's telephone calls and routes to proper personnel as appropriate.
- Organizes and makes arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the President's office. Schedules and coordinates travel arrangements for the President's Office and executive team. Greets and receives visitors and uses discretion in determining the appropriate person to meet with.
- Attends Board meetings/functions as needed, takes minutes, and prepares/distributes all correspondence and information to keep members abreast of Luthercare operations. Provides support for Board of Directors.
- Plans, schedules, and arranges all off-site functions, meetings, and special events for Luthercare.
- Maintains and updates board policy manual electronically and on-line. Also maintains President's operating/procedural manual and ensures compliance to Luthercare's bylaws. Completes and files all necessary documentation for the management staff.
- Adheres to all Luthercare standards, applicable federal/state regulations and follows general safety protocols.
