LŪVENTE, a premium jewelry brand, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our creative family.
Responsibilities
- Be the one point of contact for assigned sales reps and retail stores
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Get sales reports from retailers
- Pull orders
- Follow up on orders and reorders
- Set up stores with our online incentive program
- Build relationships and engage customers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with computers, especially CRM systems and excel
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
