What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Lux USA?
About Us: We are a small company based out of Carlsbad that specializes in estate sales, fine art, and jewelry. We are looking for a bookkeeper with extreme attention to detail to help us keep the financial records organized properly.

Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Categorizing income and expenses
Manage invoices, consigning memos, and receipts
Record inventory and liability statements
Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
Filing sales tax and other government financial reports
Process payroll
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAP)
Excellent Quickbooks proficiency CPA or financial audit experience preferred Experience with jewelry and/or aftermarket goods preferred
