LuxerOne is looking for a professional organized and customerfocusedindividual to provide package management services to luxuryapartment buildings in the Denver area. Come join our growingteam!
Thisservice representative will help organize and maintain packagereception rooms / locker systems at apartment complexes located inthe Denver area.
The service rep will visit their assignedproperty / properties multiple times a week and perform variousduties.
WhatYou llDo :
- Provideinperson support to residents having packagequestions / issues
- Logrecentlydelivered packages into the propertys automated packagemanagementsystem
- Deliverpackages to residentdoors
- Organizepackages within our rooms to make it easier for residents to findtheirpackages
- Identifyaging / stale packages and prepare them to be returned tosender
- Serveas a primary liaison between the property and the packagemanagement provider supportteam
- Delivercertain packages directly to residentsdoors
- Performlightweight maintenance on the locker / package room managementsystem
Requirements
WhoYouAre :
- Professionaland Interpersonal. You will be working in upscale apartmentbuildings and will be expected to build rapport and establishpositive friendly relationships with both property managersresidents andcouriers.
- Accessto reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro)Ideally the candidate would live in or near the city ofDenver.
- Comfortableusing technology and writing emails (you will be using a digitalpackage management system / software andGmail)
- Goodorganizational and independent problemsolvingskills
- Mustbe able to work effectively in environments with varyingtemperatures including heat and cold ensuring adherence to safetyprotocols
- Abilityto move and arrange packages some of which may be bulky (up to butnot exceeding 60lbs)
- Atleast 18 yearsold.
