What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Luxor Healthcare?
**LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE and HVAC Certification required**
Maintenance assistant will be responsible for assisting the Director in managing maintenance operations and building safety programs throughout the facility. The Maintenance assistant works with the Director and other staff to ensure that the activities and work orders for the maintenance department are completed in a timely manner, cost effective, and properly executed per State and Federal regulations. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance.
