The Growth Marketing team at Lyft is a data-driven and growth-focused function bringing marketing, analytics, user insights and experimentation together to develop and optimize the acquisition strategy for our riders and drivers to drive business growth.
We’re looking for an experienced and analytical search and display growth marketer who can leverage their channel expertise and strategic vision to grow awareness and scale driver acquisition. You will join a growing Acquisition team of channel experts and growth marketers to drive new user discovery and incremental sign-ups via paid media.
Embedded within a cross-functional team, you will work closely with creative, engineering, and data science to build a world class program. You will manage the day-to-day operations and run various experiments to drive growth. The ideal candidate must be willing to proactively dig into growth and optimization opportunities, be a significant contributor to the strategic direction of the team, and communicate these learnings to a broader audience.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key contributor to the growth of Lyft Driver Acquisition program by managing Paid search and display media channels across key partners
- Work to continuously to optimize and scale our campaigns
- Optimize retargeting campaigns to maximize full-funnel performance
- Partners with product, engineering and data science to create tools to manage the channels at scale
- Monitor and report on channel performance across multiple partners
- Ad-hoc analyses to diagnose and troubleshoot performance
- Design and execute experiments to improve campaign performance
- Partner with in-house creative team to develop creative asset variations for testing and strategize with in-house engineers on automation initiatives
Experience:
- 3 - 6 years in a paid search and display marketing role in a high-growth environment
- Managing large b2c or b2b referral programs
- Experience managing multi-lingual and international campaigns
- Must have Intermediate to Expert level Excel and data analytics skills
- Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
- Ability to give input and recommendations on investments in DMPs and ad tech
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- SQL experience is a plus

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $106,260-$126,500 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
