LymphaCare, a specialized durable medical equipment provider, is seeking a clinical field trainer for the Cape Girardeau, MO area. Ideal candidates possess Nursing, PT, PTA, or some type of other type of medical license or certification. Must be willing to meet patients in their homes and travel up to one hour (occasionally 1.5 hours)
Clinical Field Trainer will be responsible for:
- Training and educating patients in their home on the use of lymphedema pump and sleeves.
- Making appointment with the patient to train and reporting date to home office.
- Measuring limb(s) pre and post therapy.
- Troubleshooting.
- Instructing on safe and storage use of equipment.
- Training will also include lymphedema education and the mechanics of the pump.
- Obtaining proper paperwork from patient for their file.
