Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from potential customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing customer preferences.
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from online inquiries to showroom visits.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle inventory, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Conduct timely and effective follow-up with potential customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Sales/BDC role within the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Familiarity with automotive products, features, and financing options is an advantage.
