Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from potential customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing customer preferences.
Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from online inquiries to showroom visits.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle inventory, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Conduct timely and effective follow-up with potential customers.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Sales/BDC role within the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Familiarity with automotive products, features, and financing options is an advantage.
