What is a Property Care Project Manager?!

A Property Care Project Manager is someone who is in charge for the crews daily activities as as well as training to insure the appearance and profitability of each Property Care account.

Be at the Supply Yard 30 min before Crew Leaders start time (5:45am) to touch base with division head to voice any concerns and assign crews to routes and make personnel changes as needed. This time will also be used to insure trucks & equipment is ready to go for the day. Once crew leaders arrive, this person will give assignments and talk about any special scenarios that may arise.

As a whole, this division primarily maintains commercial and residential properties by mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering. Crews start a little later than the Project Manager, and will leave after their routes are finished for the day. The Project Manager also maintains high profile customers properties with great customer service.

At the end of the day, this person will touch base with each crew as they finish to offer encouragement, insure there are no schedule, personnel, or equipment issues, as well as touch base with scheduler to makes sure plan for next day is still feasible.

This person will attend weekly production meetings, be involved in hiring new team members, purchasing small equipment, and help with customer contracts and budgeting during the winter season - YES, this is a full time AND YEAR ROUND!

Pay and Experience:

Pay is based off experience. A Project Manager will start out at roughly $20-$25 an hour, the more experience, the higher the starting pay will be. Lynch Landscaping offers time and a half for any overtime. Most of our employees are working 50-55 hours a week which means they’re making 10-15 hours of overtime. There is always an opportunity to work more hours and make more money. You can essentially make as much a week as you’d like. This position is year round!

We also have health insurance that we think kicks ass. We pay up to $400 a month and you choose a plan that suits your needs. This amount will pay most, if not all of your insurance monthly cost.
