What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Filing Assistant position at Lynco Products?
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Filing Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities include alphabetizing documents and paperwork, as well as filing them accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Hours: (25 hours/week)5-hour shifts Monday-Friday with flexible start times between 8am and 12pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Alphabetize and organize documents and paperwork
- File documents accurately in designation locations
- Maintain an orderly filing system
- assist with retrieving documents as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of alphabetization and filing systems
