nts - Build and maintain
ositive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise - Assist with contract management, including lease agreements and renewals - Perform data entry and file management tasks to ensure accurate record keeping - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors - Assist with facilities management, ensuring the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards Requirements: - Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and file management - Knowledge of property management software is a plus - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
