We are looking for a Vice President, Marketing to join our team. This individual will - assess our current strategy, determine potential improvements, and develop a comprehensive 1-year marketing strategy within the first 6 months. This leader will meet or exceed booking targets. We are seeking an individual who is very strong in team building and to make sure the team is engaged and enthusiastic. This is not a remote role and we are offering relocation for the right individual.
Experience:
· At least 5 years of management experience and 3 years of experience managing a team of over 20 people
· 10 years of marketing experience a plus
· Experience in for-profit companies
· Experience selecting and managing multiple vendors effectively
· B2C customer service/hospitality experience a plus
· Has used multiple technologies/software to execute marketing strategy – tech savvy
