What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Lynker Corporation?
Lynker is seeking to hire a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will provide management of task orders, in addition to providing support for project, proposal, and business development activities to the EcoSAM business unit.
Key Responsibilities:

Day to day oversight of the planning, development, and execution of projects and/or oversees a project team or a group of projects for a division or client

Oversee the planning process and development of action plans for projects

Manage coordination with staff to ensure deliverables are produced meeting project timelines and expectations

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Regular tracking and communication of project progress, open action items and all aspects of project status to key stakeholders including project kick-off, regular status updates, risks and opportunities and project closure

Identification, escalation and resolution of issue/risks which might affect customer satisfaction or division goals

Coordinate with the COR to ensure personnel are adequately assigned to individual efforts to ensure successful completion of program requirements.

Provide program support for the EcoSAM East portfolio of projects

Contribute to the Lynker ProTech PMO (Program Management Office) for Oceans, Fish, and Weather

Coordinate business development efforts, maintain SBU and division level capture pipelines, and assist with coordination and execution of small to large scale capture efforts

Coordinate and manage active proposals through set up of templates, meeting organization, keeping minutes, writing, facilitating communication with internal and external partners

Assist with day- to-day administrative tasks that support us moving forward in our divisional business development, coordination, and operations
Qualifications:
-
BS 4 years of experience relevant to requirements; or Masters 2 years experience

Self-motivated team player who can drive cross-functional teams and communicate results

Strong leadership and/or project or program management skills

Ability to learn and follow defined departmental policies, procedures, and practices

Ability to make decisions with regards to completion of tasks and job methods and follow through with results of outcome

Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills using the Google platform or MS Office tools (powerpoint, word, excel and/or project)

Ability to prioritize workload and shift work activities to meet business needs and department goals
-
Ability to independently arrange and organize work efforts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Self-starter and works with minimal supervision
