Lynx RH Paris Est, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les fonctions supports recherche pour l'un de ses clients situé à Nation : Un chargé d'accueil en immobilier motivé et dynamique

Vos missions

Accueil et orientation : Assurer un accueil chaleureux et professionnel des clients, des visiteurs et des appels téléphoniques entrants.

Les orienter vers les services appropriés au sein de l'agence.

  • Gestion de l'espace d'accueil : Maintenir un environnement propre et ordonné dans l'espace d'accueil. S'assurer que la documentation et les brochures sont à jour et facilement accessibles.
  • Réception et transmission des demandes : Recevoir et enregistrer les demandes de renseignements des clients concernant les biens immobiliers disponibles à la vente ou à la location.
  • Assistance administrative : Apporter un support administratif à l'équipe de vente et de location, notamment en effectuant la saisie des données et en préparant la documentation nécessaire.

Profil recherché

  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
  • Sens du service client et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de la suite Office.
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire serait un plus.
