Responsibilities:
- The Videographer (Photographer II) provides video, presentation support, and live streaming support in a studio and on location using various camera processes, audio setups, and use setting and background to produce esthetics, as well as, accurate and informative video productions at the intermediate level.
- Coordinate with and respond to customer requests for video and audio support and employ available resources to complete scheduled assignments.
- Edit new or stock footage into finished programs including the use of music, narrations, and graphics.
- Operates several different professional video camcorder models and formats in ENG, EFP, and studio configuration setups.
- The Videographer (Photographer II) will work alone or as part of a team.
- Associate's degree, or two years of technical schooling in the field of video production.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a production house or news environment.
- Experience with basic lighting techniques.
- Experience with MPEG and DVD creation.
- Experience in a customer interface and interpreting customer requirements.
- Experience with Adobe CC or other Nonlinear Editing (NLE) system.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Possess a Valid Driver’s License.
- Able to attain a DoD Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in video production, communications, or related field.
- Two years’ experience in all phases of video production.
- Advanced lighting skills.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC or other NLE.
- Full familiarity with digital video files.
- Existing Secret clearance.
