Description
Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for loading and unloading slit coils onto an uncoiler
- Requires ability to operate the overhead crane
- Other duties include being able to setup stamping dies in the press, setting up a leveler so that the steel is flat
- Ability to interpret blueprints & measure (caliper & tape measure) for overall quality
- First piece & last piece inspection & every 20th piece (first piece, 20, 40, 60, etc. & the last one)
- Fill out a green tag for EVERY work order
- Required to stand, walk, crouch, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, and controls.

Shift and schedule
- Full-time
- 9 hour shift Monday through Thursday
- Friday and some Saturdays
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Able to read, write, & follow instructions
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Excellent attendance
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- General mathematical knowledge & proficiency with basic measuring instruments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
