Responsibilities
- Supporting 4-5 recruiters and managing a high volume of requisitions.
- Able to learn new technology and source and build networks with organizations, schools, and universities to tap into expert talent.
- Responsible for screening and evaluating candidates proactively, building pipelines based on work history, education, training, and skills.
- Proactively reaching out to passive and pipeline candidates to keep them engaged.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to develop custom recruiting strategies.
- Manage the candidate flow in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with company and OFCCP guidelines.
- Utilize social media, job fairs, networking events, and various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates thereby serving as Lyten's brand ambassador.
- Ability to managing competing priorities and being able to pivot when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Min 3 years' experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Min 2 years' experience specializing in niche sourcing on LinkedIn recruiter.
- 3 years demonstrated ability in building talent pipelines and executing on tactical research, referral generation, sourcing campaign and events.
- 3 years demonstrable experience with expert level market knowledge of the competitive landscape for hiring manufacturing, engineering, R&D and technical talent.
- Min 3 years' experience with developing and using creative Boolean sourcing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Huge plus: Experience/ Exposure in Renewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing field.
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Able to quickly understand position requirements.
- Able to work independently or within a team.
Physical Requirements of the job:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
