You’ll Get To: Financial Modeling: Develop and enhance financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Analyze historical financial data and market trends to identify key insights for strategic planning. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals. Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, understand business requirements, and communicate financial insights effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of financial strategies into overall business plans. What You’ll Need: Minimum 6 years proven experience as a Business Strategy Consultant or similar role, with a focus on financial modeling and analysis. Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and techniques. Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent understanding of business strategy and the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and risks. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
