What You’ll Get to Do:
- Initiates, leads, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex Research and Development (R&D) programs that involve Modeling and Simulation (M&S), Signals Intelligence, and Electronic Warfare and Cyber (EW&C).
- Demonstrates leadership and management ability in related engineering discipline activities for conducting system, subsystem and component level characterization, exploitation and analysis of electronic systems.
- Leads efforts that provide engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, testing and implementation for complex systems down to the circuit board die and binary data transfer level.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest Commercial Based and emerging Technologies that could be utilized by advisories, such as advanced artificial intelligence drones.
- Oversees, organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of staff technical and support activities related to reverse-engineering, system analysis, and electronic circuit system documentation.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- BS/BA Degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of DoD related program management with the United States (U.S.) military and/or other Government agencies.
- Experience in analyzing user needs/requirements and developing electronics systems, engineering and software solutions.
- Experience with hardware integration and test support specifically in-threat defeat techniques.
- Ability to manage and integrate the collective knowledge of functional teams to solve important organizational problems.
- Ability to shift through different levels of analysis, recognize patterns, and construct mental models to help with making decisions.
- Ability to utilize tools such as negotiation, motivation, conflict management, and alliance building—to shape the business environment to support strategic objectives.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- MA/MS in applicable degree field.
- 10 years of experience conducting progressive technical and management for; design, analysis, and implementation of commercial state-of-the art communications network systems, subsystems and component level characterization, exploitation and analysis of electronic systems.
