Account Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Duties:
- Assist in customer retention through service activities
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track account activity and manage customer relationships

Skills needed:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Commitment to ongoing learning and coaching, and adoption of office processes

-High level of self and team accountability to exceed expectations

-New York State Property & Casualty, and Life, Accident & Health licensing required prior to start (employer paid)

-Full background check and drug screening required prior to start

Pay: $37,440.00 - $65,000.00 per year
