Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Assist with taking food orders and delivering them to the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of food service operations and guest relations
