M&J Engineering, P.C. (M&J) is hiring Civil Engineers for design of roads, stormwater systems, and site improvement projects for our Connecticut Office. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us and have 7-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design of roadway/highways, stormwater and sanitary systems
• Utility system modeling
• Supervision, training and evaluation of junior staff
• Preparation of Design Proposals
• Other related duties

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience or interest in municipal road and drainage design and construction. Waterfront improvement/coastal engineering projects experience is a plus.
• EIT or PE is a plus
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or similar degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be well versed in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Utility Modeling Software
