M&M Home Remodeling Services continues to grow! We are seeking a driven individual, who performs with excellence and integrity, and wants to grow in their career to support our Production team with processing customer contracts from the hand off from Sales Consultants through the process all the way to scheduling jobs to be installed by our Installers.
Members of our Job Production team will work on ensuring contracts are processed from initial financing, to ordering materials and permits, to coordinating with customers to schedule jobs to be installed. Candidates do not need previous experience (we train and have a team of 9 collaborative office members on our production team to help!) but do need to posses data entry and communication (phone & email with internal and external parties) skills.
This position is full-time 40 hours in our Crete office with varying openings for coverage of the team:
M-F 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00
The Job Processor will:
-Process contracts and job paperwork
-answer overflow calls
Ideal candidate will be:
-Detail oriented
-Confident
-Able to work in fast pace environment
-Able to communicate effectively
Not necessary but helpful:
-Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel
-previous Outlook email experience
-quick books knowledge
-phone experience
