Looking for a highly motivated, energetic, hard working and talented Assistant Property Manager. Career position available with growing company in Real Estate related asset management industry.

Must have previous office experience and great customer service skills. Duties will include answering calls from tenants and property owners, fielding maintenance repair requests from tenants, along with general office needs such as billing, filing, etc. Must have reliable transportation, as part of the job will require you to visit rental properties.

Must have some knowledge of Excel and Word. Candidate will be excellent at follow up, communication, and coordination. Must have proven background, outstanding achievements, or credentials in this field. This is a long term, full time career position with growth potential in the real estate and maintenance fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Sandy, UT 84070: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
