Our Consulting firm has a unique opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in leading the successful delivery of NetSuite solutions and deliverables for clients across the country. Within this role you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of team-based projects throughout the project lifecycle such as requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery. Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include: 

• Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations 
• Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans 
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements 
• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution 
• Defining new and refining existing business processes 
• Participating in data integration and migration solutions 
• Participating and/or leading UAT testing and deployment 
• Managing a project and project team members 
• Mentoring team members in their career development 
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of our processes and intellectual property 
• Participating in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work

Required Skills:

• BS/BA Degree or Higher
• 6-8 years of experience
• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree 
• Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing NetSuite ERP modules with a focus on Financial Management but may include:
• Supply Chain Management, Inventory and Order Management, Commerce, and CRM and have at least 2 years as a NetSuite Functional Lead on engagements 
• Specific experience with Multibook Accounting, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Projects/Job Costing 
• Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts 
• Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound) with experience in leveraging Netsuite’s API’s and SuiteScript integration 
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) 
• Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers 
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Eagerness to mentor junior staff 
• Ability to travel within the United States
