You will be an important member of our team as we build relationships with customers, process their transactions, and help them understand products and services available to them. We will provide you with all the training skills needed to be successful. Your Typical Day: Welcome all bank visitors with a warm and friendly smile Listen to customers and understand their needs Educate customers so they understand the products and services available to them, making recommendations when appropriate. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions Work closely with M&T Business partners, when necessary, to ensure all needs are met.
