What we’re Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our Crypto team and help us build the Super Finance App! You’re a motivated and curious user experience expert who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where you have full ownership over designing innovative solutions that drive the best possible outcomes for customers. And you're extra excited about leading the way in crypto!
What you’ll do
- Work with a small, cross-functional pod to define new problem spaces related to Crypto and arrive at data-informed solutions for all platforms (web, iOS, Android).
- Connect with users to listen, observe and turn their feedback into insights and ideas that drive the best outcomes.
- Rapidly ideate to get to multiple concepts, moving into detailed workflows and interactions as solutions solidify, and bringing ideas to life through sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and hi-fidelity visual design.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end design solution from idea to hand-off.
- Make sound design decisions with qualitative and quantitative data as well as have the know-how to acquire that data.
- Confidently speak to your work, articulating a clear rationale for decisions that led to your solution.
- Collaborate with your design peers to ensure a consistent end-to-end experience, and to improve our design processes.
Skills/Qualifications
- 4 years designing exceptional digital products with a portfolio that showcases your ability to move fluidly between user research, UX, UI and visual design, and the willingness to move from idea to whiteboard to execution quickly.
- An obsession for deeply understanding customer and user needs, and the ability to translate those needs into transformative product solutions.
- A track record of collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to ship multiple products that have made a measurable impact.
- A thorough understanding of responsive web design, iOS and Android platforms, UI component libraries, living design systems and modern browser technologies.
- You’re known for taking bold, calculated risks, and learning from your mistakes.
- A passion for elegant, practical design and continual experimentation, iteration and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of and interest in investing and personal finance.
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
