What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at M2M Professionals Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced supervisor who loves a fast-paced environment and a challenge. The Production Supervisor will be working in a team of highly motivated individuals to oversee the production. This position requires someone who is able to work quickly and independently as well as work with a team to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the employees in the production.
- Supervise employees on the floor.
- Identifying and addressing safety concerns in the factory.
- Creating work schedules.
- Managing inventory levels.
- Make sure that employees work hard and work well together.
- Suggest solutions to improve productivity or efficiency.
- Respond quickly to production problems and become proactive in preventing such problems.
- Perform administrative duties related to payroll, insurance, auditing, and safety.
- Associates in the improvement process.
- PREFERBLY EXPERIENCE FROM PAPER OR PACKAGING BACKGROUND.
- AFTERNOON SHIFT
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
