Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives.
- Assists with the development of frameworks, standards, policies, principles, and procedures to guide technology implementation.
- Facilitates technical design reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards of the organization.
- Contributes to functional, logical, and technical architecture for the ERP project and ERP platform initiatives and collaborates with the greater architecture team and the project team on implementation.
- Identifies necessary non-functional requirements (performance, security, operational concerns) and participates in addressing them.
- Recommends options for the resolution/prevention of technical debt and to facilitate rapid development and implementation.
- Helps develop and execute test plans to test functional software and infrastructure and helps drive consistency and automation.
- Recommends improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team.
- Helps drive best practices for software development, coding, performance tuning and integration.
- Contributes to the definition of engineering processes, standards, and technologies / frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
- 10 years of working experience on engineering and architecture teams.
- Experience as a Technical Lead on large-scale software implementations with design and hands-on development.
- Experience in technology development and delivery for SAAS applications.
- Experience with AWS or similar Cloud based environment.
- Experience in multi-tier enterprise architecture environments.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise integrations.
- Experience with relevant database technologies.
- Some experience with low-code/no-code architecture
