Kitchen Coordinator
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- All functions relating to the preparation and serving of food for the Mt. Ararat Community Activity Center
- Prepare and/or serve food in compliance with the state meal pattern
- Maintain a documentation system for meal counts
- Monitor, order, and properly store food & supplies
- Keep kitchen areas, cabinets, closets, refrigerators, freezers, etc. clean & organized.
- Ensure kitchen and eating areas are cleaned daily
- Attend trainings and meetings required by food providers
- Maintain the Food Safety Manager Certification
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Act 33/34, FBI & NSOR clearances
- Two letters of reference
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Physical including negative TB test
