ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Expansion
- Proactively review, analyze, and call retail customer accounts to generate business growth while focusing on new households, household growth, and deposit growth.
Regularly review business account relationships as assigned by Branch Manager.
- Research company industry.
- Analyze existing relationship to see what should be offered.
- Analyze ways to meet the customer’s needs and demands.
- Make recommendations on account relationship.
Leadership
- In some branch structures, may have supervisor responsibilities for CSR Staff.
- Coach CSR Staff to achieve referral goals.
- Must have a willingness to act as a resource to the branch
Decision Making
- Will be empowered to make customer relations decisions.
- Use best discretion and knowledge to initiate and approve wire transfers, cashier’s checks and other retail transactions.
Other
- Participates in community events and represents Macatawa Bank.
- May be Securities Licensed.
- May have loan authority.
- Will fill in at the Customer Service Line as needed.
