Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
  • Create insurance quotes, provide renewal information and build clientele via cross selling.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
  • Responds to all inquiries, within a specified timeframe.
  • Create positive client interactions and win back former clients.

Requirement

  • Property & Casualty License Required.
  • Proven insurance experience with 5 years of experience needed.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize.
  • Organized and self-motivated.
