What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Admin Assistant position at Machine Communications?
Project Technician
• This position is a seconded employee, taking direction from owner employees
• Must be local to the area
• Must have extensive prior Petro-Chemical turnaround/shutdown experience
• Able to work long hours 6-7 days a week for extended number of days / weeks, during turnaround, when necessary
• Provide Field Support to Outage Events and Capital Projects as necessary
• Microsoft Office Experience - Including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• SAP is required, experience in the following modules a plus
o Maintenance Module - writing notifications, conversion to work orders, requisitioning services/materials
o Project Systems - creating project structure, requisitioning services/materials
o Processing Goods Received and Vendor Invoice Management
o Cost Tracking and Documentation for Outage Events, Maintenance Work Orders, and Capital Projects
• Must be able to generate and maintain min / max log of office, safety supplies etc. and reorder at trigger levels
• Coordinate team events, meetings, and plan lunches for large groups
• Manage Office, Parking Validations, and issues with building management
• Able to work well with others
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be highly organized, innovative, and able to work multiple tasks concurrently
• Able to report to perform task efficiently and effectively, for multiple supervisors
• Position may require some in state, out of state and Canada company sponsored travel, Passport is required
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
