CNC OPERATOR FOR LATHE AND MILL

CNC Lathe and Mill Operator/machinist –

Our company is currently seeking to hire for a machinist for small to medium precision parts for experience on both lathe and mill. Our shop is clean and organized with the best tooling the industry offers. Qualified candidates will be requiring excellent ability to manufacture parts on tight schedules and under pressure. This candidate must be flexible and pick up internal processes quickly. We also expect the candidate to be on time to work and get the work done promptly.

General Requirements:

-minimum 3 years experience preferred

-setup up inspection tools to exacting measurements ( /-.00035)

-good understanding of Fanuc Controls and G-code

-understand tooling geometries and nomenclature (ex. WNMG, VNMG, ETC)

- edit programs

-setup both lathes and mills

-follow instruction well

-ISO trained

-good understanding of machine shop process

-desire to work in clean, and organized environment

-must have strong understanding of Geometric and Dimensional Tolerance

-must be able to learn to adhere to a strict process established by our company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 75 per week
