CATHOLIC MUSICIAN MUSIC DIRECTOR
*Position is Contingent upon Contract Award
PART-TIME
Location: Warner Robins, GA (AFB)
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Have five (5) or more years of college in music (or related field), or equivalent years of related experience (e.g., playing the piano and/or organ in a public performance setting) in a chapel/church setting.
• Be able to sing and vocally lead congregation in worship.
• Be able to plan, organize, and lead a choir/praise team.
• Be able to sight read, arrange, improve, play, and score music.
• Possess the ability to develop and maintain a healthy and positive relationship with volunteers, lay leaders, other musicians, parishioners, Chapel Staff, and base personnel.
• Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English in order to perform all responsibilities outlined within the PWS.
Hours and Performance:
• Shall work 2 hours per week.
