What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialist (Maintenance) position at Mack Molding?
Essential Responsibilities;
Must be proficient over all maintenance activities and procedures; Participate in major maintenance activities to support facility repairs and improvements Read & interpret blueprints on all equipment used throughout the plant; Service plant equipment by having knowledge of function and use requirements; Established knowledge of facility and maintenance roles and requirements; Interface with production supervisors & manufacturing engineers to solve production problems; Knowledge of how to complete work order tasks and documentation required; Must be able to understand, repair, and service robotics; Ability to follow direction as well as being self directed in task management
Job Qualifications/License/Education/Required Experience:
Understanding and use of Mack's ISO Policies and Procedures; Ability to communicate with vendors & contractors as required; Maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping in all areas; Work as a team player; Must possess a Mack forklift license.
Unusual Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours - call ins on nights and weekends; Some jobs may be very dirty; Must be able to work in conditions that may exceed 100 degrees; Sometime work requirements will be at heights requiring a ladder or mechanical lift.
Unusual Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds; Must be able to maneuver in unusual working situations.
