We’re looking for a reliable sales support professional to work in a small, family-owned business. You would be assisting customers with verifying product needs, processing orders, quotes, and returns via email and phone, in a fast-paced environment. Most tasks are performed through our P21 distribution software.
Job requirements:
* Ability to think critically and problem solve.
* Strong written and verbal skills are a must (English).
* Ability to display professionalism and courtesy to all customers.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Previous customer service experience preferred
Job Details:
* $20/hr, 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime as needed.
* 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday w/ hour lunch. No weekends with rare exceptions.
* Major holidays off.
