Job Duties ·       Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines ·       Ensure assembly materials and tools are available ·       Perform spot checks of products to ensure the standard of quality is maintained ·       Report problems with quality, equipment and material to supervisors ·       Maintain an organized work area ·       May coordinate job assignments when necessary ·       May operate powered industrial equipment ·       Complete all documents fully and accurately ·       Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) ·       Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures ·       Perform other duties as assigned Experience and Education ·       Perform work under general supervision ·       Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff ·       Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter ·       Typically require a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 4 years of experience ·       Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to subordinate group when needed Competencies/ Skills ·       Ability to interpret work instructions ·       Ability to follow written and verbal directions ·       Intermediate verbal and written communication skills ·       Manual dexterity ·       Leadership skills
