We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join our team! This individual will ensure that all company products and services meet quality standards before they go to market. Understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards and developing quality control processes.

Exponential growth through mergers and acquisitions over the past few decades means that Nidec now manufactures motors that run the spectrum from those original tiny motors to much larger motors powering heavy commercial and industrial equipment.
Nidec motors can be found in products that range from cell phones, computers and home appliances to industrial and mining equipment – and everything in between. The company has more than 300 subsidiary companies spanning the globe. This global reach uniquely positions us to supply high-quality products that contribute to the betterment of society worldwide.

- Developing quality control processes and designing product specifications.
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
- Evaluating final output of products to determine their quality.
- Evaluating product recalls and improving production efficiency and managing waste.
- Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 5 years of experience
- Quality control certification a plus.
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills
