Drafter
We are hiring a drafter to work with the Lowell-based wafer fabrication facility. On-the-job training will be provided to the right individual. This position is on-site at MACOM’s Lowell, MA campus.

Drafter
We are hiring a drafter to work with the Lowell-based wafer fabrication facility. On-the-job training will be provided to the right individual. This position is on-site at MACOM’s Lowell, MA campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with electronic design engineers to generate final tape-out data for semiconductor mask fabrication
- Perform mask release documentation and design rule checking
- Interface with vendors to order semiconductor photo masks
- Facilitate mask design updates and rework
- Generate engineering drawings for printed circuit board designs and assembly prints
- Maintain product documentation and engineering change orders
- 5 years minimum experience with HS diploma, or 3 years with associate degree or other technical training
- Prior experience with CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Altium, Keysight ADS, Solidworks, DW2000, or Virtuoso
- Knowledgeable in drafting standards and best practices
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits
- Prior experience with semiconductor mask design is strongly desired
- Detail oriented and quality focused
