Manual Die Attach Operator
Job Description
- This role will be an assembly operator working with Manual die attach equipment (Westbond)
- First Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri, Nashua Location
Responsibilities:
- Works under supervision and from production schedules, manufacturing procedures, process plans and written or oral instruction
- Requires significant attention to detail for production activities and documentation to maintain compliance with Mil Standard 883 requirements
- Set-up and operation of manual die attach equipment (Westbond)
- Works well with others in a respectful and team aspiring manner
- Other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Experience/Education:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in microelectronics module assembly area
- High School diploma required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Conductive epoxy attaching/placement of a variety of die and/or components on substrates
- Operate following all area ESD protocols
- Knowledge of component identification
- Ability to read written and computerized instructions
- Ability to set-up, operate and adjust (Westbond) or ability to learn to run production equipment
- Basic computer and machine operating skills
Physical Environment and Working Conditions:
- Clean-room environment with smocks, masks and gloves
- Able to sit for extended periods of time while using a microscope and other tools
