Macon County Title, LLC, has one full-time position to be filled immediately.

Applicants must be able to pass a background check, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and be able to obtain their notary and producer’s insurance license through the Missouri Department of Insurance. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, operation of standard office equipment, telephones and customer service experience are preferred, however, we are willing to train the right applicant for a long-term career opportunity. After training and licensure, the position could include some potential for advancement.

Macon County Title, LLC, is a growing business in the Title Insurance Industry. Here, you will work directly with others to research the history of real estate within our Counties. We work alongside real estate agents, lenders, property surveyors, county recorders, assessors, tax collectors, court offices, our clients and their families to ensure proper transfer of real estate.

This position is part of a fast-paced environment and requires typing skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work as a team, willingness to learn, a positive attitude and ability to work with customers and business affiliates.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

Salary will be based on experience. Partial-pay health insurance is also optional.

Benefits include accrual of sick and vacation time (with use being allowed after a 90-day probationary period), most holidays as well as two floating holidays paid and paid training and licensure.
