Recruiting Assistant

Overview

Mad City Windows is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our recruiting department as a Recruiting Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to contribute to the success and growth of our organization. This Admin Assistant has the primary responsibility of completing the onboarding process for 1099 subcontractors, collecting paperwork, and completing 1099 packets.

Responsibilities:

• Contact the 1099 installer’s insurance agent to expedite COI completion
• Assist the recruiting team with contacting potential 1099 installers
• Management of and ensure accuracy of the subcontractor tracking sheets
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisor or hiring managers
• Ensure accuracy of subcontractor submissions to the Coupa team
• Document all onboarding items correctly and accurately into SharePoint
• Recognize, document, and alert management team of ongoing trends with calls
• Follow up with contractor calls if/when necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with COI (Certificate of Insurance) is a large plus 
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating flexibility in approach and problem-solving
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team, partnering with colleagues and stakeholders
