Driver Rererral Program :
$2,000 for every referral after first 4 weeks

Requirements :
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Criminal felony / misdemeanor conviction evaluated on case by case basis evaluated on Clean MVR and PSP.
- No DUI / DWI within past 3 years.
- Minimum 23 years of age.
