We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about the products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer accounts as needed
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer service metrics
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
